We are proud to announce the expansion of our workplaces ranks. Our coworkers from SUSE ČR have done a great job at organizing their workplace and officially unionized in April. We wish them all the best in their efforts at maintaining their working conditions and benefits and we will continue to provide them with all the support needed to improve their working experiences.
As the workplace executive committee states, “We are SUSE workers from different teams, roles, and levels of seniority. We work on different products and in different parts of the company, but we share the same interest: a healthy workplace built on respect, transparency, fairness, and solidarity. Our working conditions may be good today, but good conditions do not maintain themselves. With an uncertain future, workers need a way to speak together, support one another, and take part in decisions that affect their work and lives. We want SUSE to remain a company where people are treated with respect, where communication is open, where decisions are transparent, and where workers have real representation.”
